Explain current market conditions.
Provide helpful data on the communities in which you are interested.
Describe local real estate practices and procedures.
Provide information on lenders who can help determine your qualified price range.
Search the local Multiple Listing Service for properties that fit your needs.
Provide detailed information and disclosures, if applicable, on properties.
Coordinate appointments and show all properties of interest, whether or not the properties are Windermere listings.
Provide relevant market data to educate you as to current fair market value.
Describe any material defects of the property of which I have knowledge.
Discuss all relevant information about seller of which I have knowledge.
Explain the process of offer presentation.
Deliver Seller’s state mandated disclosure form to you.
Carefully explain and prepare the offer to purchase.
Present all offers to purchase to Seller or Seller’s agent in a timely maner.
Negotiate on your behalf to obtain the best possible price and terms for you
Follow-up on all post-purchase activities and responsibilities.
Keep any information confidential that you indicate should remain as such.
Analyze your property needs and desires.
I cannot:
- Tell you what to offer.
- Discriminate.
- Conceal known defects.
- Ignore any offer unless otherwise indicated.
